Herbadex

About

Why Herbadex?

We aim to make information about herbs understandable, with evidence levels and safety warnings presented together. This site is not a shop or a personal treatment service.

Herb pages connect to related needs, preparation forms, guides and comparisons. Switch between Turkish, English and German while staying on the same content.

How is the content made?

Records are based first on European Medicines Agency (EMA HMPC) and World Health Organization (WHO) monographs, then on systematic reviews and clinical studies. Source links appear at the end of each page.

Each benefit has its own evidence level: A strong clinical evidence, B limited clinical evidence, C laboratory or animal data, T traditional use. See the Methodology page for details.

Safety comes first: pregnancy, breastfeeding, children and drug interactions are assessed separately for every herb. Where data is missing we say “unknown”; unknown does not mean safe.

What we are not

Herbadex is not a shop, a pharmacy or a healthcare service. It sells no products and gives no personal doses or treatment advice. Make health decisions with your doctor or pharmacist.

Independence and funding

The site is free. Costs may later be covered by clearly labelled ads and affiliate links. No advertiser or sponsor can change evidence levels, warnings or sources; the rules are on the Advertising & Affiliate Disclosure page.
