Herbadex

# Advertising & affiliates

## How the site is funded

Herbadex is a free guide. Its costs may be covered by display advertising, affiliate links, clearly labelled sponsorships and digital products. This page explains how that income does not influence the content.

## Editorial independence

No advertiser, sponsor or affiliate partner can set, change or buy evidence levels, safety warnings, interaction information or sources. This rule is written into every sponsorship agreement.

Whether a herb or product appears on the site, and where it ranks, does not depend on payment.

## Affiliate links

Some product links may be affiliate links. If you buy through such a link, the seller may pay us a commission; your price does not change. These links are labelled “Advertisement / Affiliate link”.

Product boxes only state what the product is (e.g. “dried linden flowers, 100 g”). They never contain health claims, treatment promises or names of diseases. Safety warnings always appear before any purchase link.

Herbs with strong warnings or significant drug interactions carry no purchase links.

## Display advertising and sponsorship

Display ads are labelled “Sponsored / Advertisement” and appear in areas separate from the content. No ad is placed inside or directly above safety, pregnancy, interaction or “when to see a doctor” sections.

Sponsored areas are labelled “Sponsored”. Sponsors cannot change content or warnings.

## Responsibility for products and sellers

Prices, availability, product quality, label information, delivery and returns are solely the responsibility of the respective seller. Herbadex does not sell products and is not a party to any sales contract. Check the product label and seller information before buying.

This page is for information only and is not medical advice. If you take medication, are pregnant, or have a health condition, talk to your doctor or pharmacist before use.
